• Account information: name, mobile number, email address, and (for vendors) Aadhaar number for identity verification during vendor onboarding.
• Location information: your city, district, and state — used to show relevant venues and vendors near you.
• Event and guest information: event details you create, guest names and contact numbers you add to your contact list or invite lists, and RSVP responses.
• Content you upload: photos, logos, and reference images used in digital invitations, reviews, and vendor profiles.
• Transaction information: orders, bookings, enquiries, and payment status. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• Communications: messages you send through our platform to vendors, venues, or our support team, and enquiries you submit.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data collected automatically for security and to improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, and verify your identity via OTP (one-time password) sent to your registered mobile number.
• To connect you with venues and vendors, process booking and pricing enquiries, and facilitate gift registry orders.
• To generate and deliver digital invitations, including sending them to the guests you specify.
• To process payments through our payment partner, Razorpay, and send order/booking confirmations.
• To send you WhatsApp, email, and in-app notifications about your bookings, orders, and account activity.
• To respond to support requests and resolve disputes.
• To improve our platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share information only as needed to provide our services:

• Vendors and venues: when you submit a pricing enquiry or booking request, we share your name, contact details, and event details with the relevant vendor or venue so they can respond to you.
• Service providers: Razorpay (payments), SMS/WhatsApp gateway providers (notifications), Google (sign-in and maps), and cloud hosting providers, each bound to use your data only to provide their service to us.
• Legal requirements: where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mangal Mall, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
