Mangal Mall Venue – User Data Removal Policy

At Mangal Mall Venue, we respect your privacy and provide a simple way to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

  • Login to the Mangal Mall Venue app.
  • Navigate to Profile → Settings → Delete Account (if available).
  • Or send a deletion request email to the address below.

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Venue Name (if applicable)

What Happens After Request?

  • Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 working days.
  • All personal data including name, email, mobile number and Aadhaar details will be removed from our active systems.
  • Venue listings associated with your account will be removed from the platform.
⚠ Some booking, financial, or transaction records may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

Data Security

Mangal Mall ensures that all user data, including sensitive information such as Aadhaar details, is securely stored and encrypted. Data is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
