These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mangal Mall. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Mangal Mall.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use Mangal Mall as a customer or register as a vendor or venue partner.
You register using your mobile number, verified by a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Vendors additionally provide identity documents (such as Aadhaar) as part of onboarding, which are subject to admin approval before a listing goes live.

Mangal Mall facilitates connections between customers and independent third-party venues and vendors. We are not the venue operator or the vendor providing the underlying service — each venue and vendor is solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, pricing, availability, and fulfilment of the services they list. Booking terms (deposits, cancellation, rescheduling) for a specific venue or vendor booking are agreed directly between you and that venue or vendor, unless otherwise stated on our platform.
Payments made through Mangal Mall (e.g. for digital invitation orders or gift registry purchases) are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.
When you submit reviews, photos, guest lists, or other content to Mangal Mall, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a licence to use it to operate the platform (e.g. displaying your review, generating your invitation). You agree not to:
The Mangal Mall name, logo, platform design, and software are the property of Mangal Mall and may not be used without our written permission. Digital invitation templates remain our intellectual property; you receive a licence to use your customized, purchased invitation for your personal event.
Mangal Mall integrates with third-party services (including Razorpay, Google Sign-In, Google Maps, and WhatsApp/SMS providers) and may link to third-party vendor websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mangal Mall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes with venues or vendors booked through the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid to Mangal Mall directly (excluding amounts paid to independent venues/vendors) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mangal Mall from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Mangal Mall will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of Mangal Mall after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
