Sending invitations without missing anyone

Keep one shared list, and decide early who gets a printed card.
Most missed invitations come from having several lists. Keep one, and mark each person as invited in person, by card or digitally.
Elders may prefer a printed card or a visit, while friends may be happy with a digital invitation. Send them early enough for guests from other towns to plan their travel.
